3 Days Arusha – Bereko – Tarangire – Ngorongoro Safari

The journey offers guided forest walks, authentic local cuisine, and unforgettable game drives through some of Tanzania’s most remarkable natural destinations.
Introduction
Upon arrival in Arusha, you will begin your journey to Bereko Village with a local lunch stop in Babati Town. After lunch, continue through the scenic countryside to your camp in Bereko. Upon arrival, check in and enjoy a guided nature walk through the beautiful Miombo Forest, known for its fresh air, peaceful atmosphere, and cool mid-altitude climate. During your visit, you will also experience authentic local cuisine, including pilau rice, rice with beans, and the traditional Swahili dish known as “Machalari,” a delicious mixture of bananas and meat. Guests will also have the opportunity to see local fruit farms with oranges, bananas, and other tropical fruits grown in the area. The forest is rich in birdlife and home to small antelopes such as duikers and playful blue monkeys. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park through the southwestern gate. Tarangire is famous for its large herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. During your game drive, you may spot zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, lions, and leopards. The Tarangire River, which flows yearround, attracts many animals, especially during the dry season, making the park one of Tanzania’s hidden gems. After lunch and an afternoon game drive, proceed to Karatu Town for dinner and overnight stay.
Enjoy an early breakfast before driving to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s natural wonders. This breathtaking volcanic caldera is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five: lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and the rare black rhino. You will also see hippos, zebras, and many bird species within the crater floor’s beautiful landscapes. After an unforgettable game drive and picnic lunch, return to Arusha for overnight stay or onward arrangements.
